About Katies cosy creatures

Hello , my name is Katie and i am the founder of Katie's Cosy Creatures! This was born from

my love of all animals ,and my own struggle with finding suitable pet care for my larger dogs. Therefore, my goal was to provide reliable pet care that is accessible to everyone!

I have had a variety of jobs and experience within the animal industry, including completing my BSc in animal management and applied science in 2025. Having worked with a number of different species ,including dogs, cats, reptiles and livestock, i am confident in working with almost any animal of any size!

As a pet owner myself , i am able to provide both a professional and personal perspective and commit to high standards of welfare tailored to your pet.

My story

I have been fortunate enough to always be around animals, growing up ive had dogs, cats and horses mostly! The two very special dogs i grew up with, called Charlie and Jazzy , never failed to make me smile on a bad day and made everyone around them just that little bit happier! Animals have a positive affect on so many of our lives and mine was no different, the memories i have created with my pets hold the most special place in my heart.
My cat Enzo is also a huge mummy's boy and likes to go on dog walks when i take my parents dogs out, which gets us a lot of looks! I also have 14 years experience in western riding , of which i have competed both nationally and internationally for our country! I have had my horse Reed since the beginning of my journey and he is enjoying his retirement in his senior years.
One day i would love to have my own rescue ,helping strays off the street ,to enjoy a safe , happy life , free of hardship and stress.
